Refund Policy

SYK Event Company d/b/a CGL Presents and Cannabis Golf League

Effective Date: 4/22/2022

This Refund Policy applies to all tickets, events, and services provided by SYK Event Company, doing business as CGL Presents and Cannabis Golf League.

By purchasing tickets or booking services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Event Policy

  • All events take place rain or shine.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend, or dissatisfaction.

If an event is cancelled by SYK Event Company, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cannabis Golf League Events

  • Refunds are available up to two (2) weeks prior to the event date.

  • Within two weeks of the event, refunds are not guaranteed due to limited availability and the inability to refill spots.

  • If you are unable to attend and can provide a replacement participant, the ticket may be transferred with prior approval.

  • No refunds will be issued for late arrival, missed tee times, or failure to attend.

Ticketed Events (Non-Golf)

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • No refunds, exchanges, or credits unless the event is cancelled by SYK Event Company.

  • If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Photo Booth and Equipment Rentals

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is required to secure your date.

  • If the client cancels for any reason, the deposit is retained.

  • If SYK Event Company cancels, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued.

  • Remaining balances are due per the booking agreement and are non-refundable once services are rendered.

Event Production and Coordination Services

  • Payments for coordination, planning, or production services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • If SYK Event Company is unable to perform the agreed-upon services, any payments made will be refunded.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree:

  • Not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for matters covered by this Refund Policy.

  • That refunds will only be issued in accordance with the terms stated above.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in forfeiture of services and future booking privileges.
