SYK Event Company d/b/a CGL Presents and Cannabis Golf League

Effective Date: 4/22/2022

By accessing this website, purchasing tickets, booking services, or participating in any event or service provided by SYK Event Company, doing business as CGL Presents and Cannabis Golf League (“SYK,” “CGL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Company Scope

SYK Event Company d/b/a CGL Presents and Cannabis Golf League is an event production company that provides, including but not limited to:

  • Ticketed events and golf leagues

  • Event production and promotion

  • Day-of coordination services

  • Photo booth and equipment rentals

  • Private and public event services

Specific terms may apply depending on the service purchased.

 

2. Ticketed Events and Golf League Terms

Ticket Sales and Entry

  • Each ticket grants access to a specific event on the stated date and within the designated time window.

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers.

  • Tickets may not be resold or transferred without prior written approval.

  • Digital tickets are valid for entry. Printed tickets are optional.

  • Ticket holders must present their ticket upon request.

  • By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any reason, including dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, weather, missed tee times, or failure to attend.

 

Tee Times and Scheduling

  • Tee times and groupings are assigned and managed by SYK.

  • Exact times and pairings are not guaranteed and may change.

  • Late arrival may result in forfeiture of play without refund.

 

Weather Policy

  • Events take place rain or shine.

  • Weather delays or modifications do not qualify for refunds.

  • If a venue closes due to unsafe conditions, SYK will determine next steps at its sole discretion.

 

3. Event Production, Coordination, and Services

  • Services such as event coordination, planning, and production are provided as agreed upon in writing.

  • Client is responsible for providing accurate information, timelines, and access required to perform services.

  • SYK is not responsible for failures caused by third-party vendors, venues, weather, or client delays.

  • Payments for services are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

 

4. Equipment and Photo Booth Rentals

  • Rented equipment remains the property of SYK Event Company.

  • Client assumes responsibility for equipment during the rental period.

  • Damage, loss, or misuse may result in additional charges.

  • SYK is not responsible for power issues, venue limitations, or interference beyond its control.

 

5. Conduct and Compliance

  • Participants and clients must behave respectfully and lawfully.

  • Unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior may result in removal or termination of services without refund.

  • SYK Event Company does not endorse, approve, permit, or facilitate the sale, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances at any event or service.

  • All participants must comply with venue rules and applicable laws.

 

6. Assumption of Risk

Attendance and participation involve inherent risks, including physical injury, property damage, and weather exposure. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Participation is at your own risk.

  • SYK Event Company is not liable for personal injury, illness, death, theft, or property loss.

  • Total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the ticket or service.

  • SYK is not responsible for chargebacks, disputes, or bank reversals initiated after acceptance of these Terms.

  • No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

8. Media Release

By attending an event or using services, you grant permission for photos, video, and audio recordings to be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

 

9. Modifications or Cancellation

SYK reserves the right to modify schedules, services, or event details as necessary. Remedies, if any, are determined at SYK’s sole discretion.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Colorado courts.
